Over the past several months, we’ve been sharing progress photos of a whole house renovation we’ve been working on in Ballast Point. The transformation of this home has been stunning and it was such a fun project to work on as our clients weren’t afraid to take risks and blend a variety of styles in the home’s design. From modern-traditional to eclectic it’s got a little bit of everything. Here are some of our favorite Before + After photos featuring the entryway, kitchen, master bath and exterior.

We brightened up the entryway with fresh paint, refinished the staircase, updated the chandelier and installed flooring on the landing in a beautiful herringbone pattern to add some interest to the space.

Our clients wanted space to entertain guests and we totally transformed their kitchen and dining spaces to accommodate this desire with all new cabinets, marble countertops, state-of-the-art appliances including a commercial grade refrigerator. And the best feature just might be the bay view from every corner of the kitchen.

This bath went from basic to the epitome of luxury. It has floor to ceiling marble, a shower room, double vanities and so much more.

The exterior of the Ballast Point project needed more minimal updating and with a fresh coat of paint and all new landscaping it’s curb appeal is back and better than ever.
