As the year is rapidly coming to a close, we’ve loved looking back at all the projects we worked on in 2019. This year went by fast and furiously with high and low points. There were a plethora of projects and we’re incredibly grateful for our company’s continued growth. There is so much to celebrate and look forward to, but before we jump into a New Year, we wanted to take a walk down memory lane and look back at some of our very favorite projects from this year. As we type this blog post, we’re putting the final touches on this Hyde Park bungalow. We’ll take you on a tour of the home very soon, but for now take a look at the detail work that has gone into the exterior of this craftsman style bungalow. It’s just a hint of the incredible detail that’s gone into every inch of this home.

Rocca was one of those projects that came to us with a really tight turnaround time. We couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give their dining room a facelift and flipped it in just 3 weeks. It’s the newest Italian hotspot in Tampa and it’s the perfect blend of a modern Italian eatery and a century old Italian family’s dining room. We worked to incorporate a feeling as if you were eating Al Fresco under the stars on the Amalfi Coast and we think it comes pretty close for Tampa!

The transformation this townhome underwent is nothing short of stunning. It was one of our favorite homes to work on because our clients weren’t afraid to take risks and blend a variety of styles in the home’s design. From modern-traditional to eclectic it’s got a little bit of everything.
